- The MET reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or group of people.
- The MET is a 18+ venue. Photo ID proving you are 18 years of age or older must be shown to enter the venue.
- The MET reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone.
- The Met reserves the right to evict any person or group of people.
- The MET reserves the right to refuse entry to patrons who are not appropriately attired.
- Violent and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction from The MET.
- Dangerous behaviour including crowd surfing, moshing and violent dancing is not allowed and will result in your immediate removal from the venue.
- Patrons must not bring alcohol, drugs or weapons into The MET.
- Patrons must present all bags for inspection upon entry.
- A current Australian Photo 18+ card, current Queensland drivers license or a current passport must be shown to gain entry.
- Student ID’s and international ID’s are not legal forms of identification in Queensland and will not be accepted.
- 3am lock out applies and no one will be permitted to enter the venue after this time.
- Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor smoking areas (DOSA).
- Smoking outside of the designated areas will result in eviction from the premises.
- Glass is not allowed on, in, or to be taken to The MET dance hall area.
- The MET is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without warning and it is the responsibility of patrons to access this site regularly for updates.
